The Five Ship

‘BDS’에서는 전 교직원 및 학생에게 다음세대를 위한 리더로서의 아래 다섯 가지 덕목을 강조합니다.

Leadership, Followership, Partnership, Healership, & Servantship. BDS is founded on the principle that leadership comes after mastery of the following ships.

  • Servantship/서번트십

The ability to put the needs of others first in order to help them develop and perform to their highest potential.

타인의 필요와 요구를 살피며 그들을 돕고 잠재력을 최대한으로 이끌어 내어 줄 수 있는 능력.

  • Healership/힐러십

The ability to put the needs of others first in order to help them develop and perform to their highest potential.

  • Partnership/파트너십

The ability to cooperate and collaborate in effort to form synergistic unions.

최대치의 성취를 위해 공동체와 협력할 수 있는 능력.

  • Followership/팔로워십

The ability to be considerate and modest, to work toward defined goals through teamwork and collaboration by trusting and respecting the leadership above.

The ability to lead over manage by inspiring others to follow through being dedicated, hard-working, and seeking first to understand rather than be understood

다른 사람들보다 더 헌신적이고 열심히 일하며 이해받기보다는 먼저 이해하려고 노력하며 타인을 격려함으로써 관리를 주도할 수있는 능력
